if possible do hard reset

otherwise Wipe cache partition

here are the steps

1. Switch off your phone.

2. connect your phone with USB cable to a pc/laptop(Make sure your pc/laptop is on).

3. when charging percentage appears press and hold Power button and Volume up button together.

4. when samsung logo appears release them.

5. Recovery mode will appear then select wipe cache partition by navigating through the Volume keys and press power button.

6. If apps are also crashing you can repair apps by again navigating through Volume keys and select repair apps it will take some time depending how many apps you have.

OR

You can select Reboot system.

That's all.
