After the recent update on july 1st 2020 my Samsung M30s has become laggy and freezing suddenly.

I found the issue in 3 places:
1. Google PDF Viewer
2. Mobile Hotspot
3. Spotify

One reboot helped with Spotify but for the others, I haven't found a workaround.

Once hotspot is off, the phone is normal.
