Dear 
Samsung why don't you take your customers seriously even after conducting beta testing for m31 the latest update of ui 3 is full of bugs 
Like 
  • Battery draining
  • App crashes
  • Freezing screens
  • Charging time increase

We know that even a small clipboard and screen recorder is premium feature for you
But alteast give what you promised
Take your time & test before relasing stable version 

× i have even formatted the phone
Wiped cache partition too still facing same issue 
Many users who updated to one ui3.1 too facing the same issue

once perform Wipe Cache Partition, it may help for app crashing/freezing issues

sir maine factory reset or wipe cache partition bhi kiya but..he is right. i am also facing lags, shutters,crash..
previous one ui 2.5 was smoother.. on m51

ohk i suggested because one user also faced same and he has done all way i suggested to him but atleast i told him to reset and after rest his problems resolved so if after reset still same issue then only one way is to visit service centre and get reinstall software
