LAGGING ISSUE ON PUCHASE OF GALAXY M31S WHITHIN 24 HRS

I just purchased this brand new mobile all excited and the first issue which no one like to experience "LAG". As soon as i go to recent apps or switch between apps there's a pretty significant lag. Apps like jiosaavn hangs up while i switch songs.

I TRIED EVERYTHING 
1.cleaning up cache
2.cleaning up memory
3.only 30% internal storage used
4.NO HEAVY USAGE STILL "LAGS"

I didn't expect this atleast from "SAMSUNG"

Accept the truth brother, i clearly feel why snapdragon is better..in basic apps the phone lags literally

The problem is i ordered from amazon and now I'm stuck from both ends as i can only order for replacement from amazon and samsung says to contact amazon.........so basically I'm trapped in a loop.

Ask for a replacement as it seems to be a defective piece.
