Knox security policy restricts this action

I am  unable  to use my home and recent  soft key button in my Samsung galaxy m31 . If I press then it shows the error as knox security policy restricts this action  and also some settings  are not working.  If I try to do factory  reset  it is also not possible.  What the hell that knox security  is doing  in my phone. Why Samsung  has this bug. I recently  updated September  security patch.

You have to visit service center.

Step 1: Switch off the phone.

Step 2: Long-press the power button + Volume (down) button

Step 3: Select ‘Recovery’ mode

Step 4: Select ‘Factory Reset’ using Volume buttons to navigate.

Knox is not provided in M31. How do you get knox security policy in your phone ?? 🤣🤣

It shows in every samsung phone without knox. Even in my M21. It doesn't mean that it has knox.
If you have knox it shows Knox version when you go to About phone> software information and when you restart phone it must show secured by knox.

Go to service center so they will flash the latest image

when the update deploy, this is irritating while dialing a call I can't go back without windup the call
