Karur vysya banking not working in my Samsung Galaxy m30 after the update

The issue showing tempered device can't launch app.....samsung is not responding for that

After giving update by karur vysya bank it is not working.....galaxy store they didnt update the app.....

System is upto date only I have installed once again same issue

I understand your situation but it is a 3rd party application that is not from Samsung. You can reach the app developer through the email channel for which please log in to the play store > select the more option> select installed app> click on read more.
