I don't use both. Also, use VPN if you want HD content. It's regional restriction and not phone restriction.

Use Samsung Max Privacy VPN. Only non-Chinese VPN I use now. I used to love Turbo VPN but now I don't use Chinese apps.

Prime doesn't allow using any vpn's. Also as of now there is no restriction on prime. Only YT has that donno about netflix
