I am using Samsung Galaxy M52 and Samsung Galaxy M30 both having JIO 4G network selection as 'LTE/3G/2G' in network settings and both phones are used at same location.
4G network is working fine on Galaxy M30 but Galaxy M52 is having 'no network or internet issue' with Jio 4G at same time and same location. Note: both the device used at my home.
Yesterday on 1st January 2023, I visited below location and similar issue happened. There was issue with JIO 4G internet on Galaxy M52 but internet was working fine on Galaxy M30. Both phone have 'LTE/3G/2G' in network settings and both phones are used at same location.
Below solution were tried on Galaxy M52 to resolve the issue:
1. Automatic network is ON by default.
2. Network settings reset. I have already done factory reset after Android 13 update.
3. Phone restart and phone has be used in safe mode.
None of the above resolved the issue. I expect resolution for this from JIO and Samsung team, Since this issue is with Jio 4G network on Galaxy M52 only.
