Hiii There! I Have Samsung M21 And Jere I Have Always On Display Feature is Available and I Turned On too, But I Think It's Consuming More Power Compare to It's Universal Time, I Mean It's Take 4 to 5 % in Just 1 Hour.. It Is Okay or No?
Also In My Area Network is Very Very Low So I Guess That Issue is Draining More Power.

4-5% is huge..it hardly consumes more than 1%..if you really want to use go for tap to show mode or else its totally your preference..

try turning on adaptive battery, auto optimization, putting unused apps to sleep etc from device care> battery.
The Always on display is specifically designed for Amoled displays as there is very negligible battery consumption for the screen.
Also for a 6000mAh battery there is no way AoD consumes that share of charge.
