Issues with Alarm

I am on Galaxy M30s, software info shown in the screenshot given below. When the phone is on silent and media volume is zero, the alarm doesn't ring even though the ring volume is set to max.

My Samsung A2 core alarm doesn't working.I can't change my alarm ringtone.When I try to change it my Android goes to hanging issues

My alarm is off then also I am hearing alarm sounds often without any reason why?
