I am samsung m20 and Samsung a20 user...I have got a new android 10 update with ui core 2.0...last week in m20....after updating some bugs and lags are occurring...so pls solve this problem soon with next update🙏
this problem happening with your device because of software update incompletely...it's recommended any big update over wifi or flash not by mobile network.....but I suggest you to perform factory reset once. glitches will remove
Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1- Make sure that 20% internal storage is free for which clear the RAM memory and storage of device (Settings > Device care > Memory/Storage > Clean Now).
2- Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).
