My Samsung M30 has become extremely slow and hangs a lot after the update. I have already done a factory reset thrice but the problem is not resolved, please suggest a permanent solution or provide me the steps to rollback to old Android version.

The phone has a 6 GB RAM
I am also facing the issues with lagging of screen . no call pick up possible. have to wait 5-6 seconds. Kindly update the issue in patch at earliest.
