Issue with brand new M30s

I need an urgent help samsung....

My new phone M30s is having a hidden issue which I want to be resolved ASAP.

My phone on "Sound" keep on beeping notification sound continuously and on "Vibrate" mode it keep vibrating with any reason. No new notification is shown no pop up still its vibrating. It occurs always when ever I change mode to vibrate and I customized my sound profile with notification tune to Silent. 

Pls resolve da issue.

Try resetting Application preferences.

bro reset app preferences and just disable sim card notification....it's sim allert vibration

Then reset device settings. If issue still persists then do the hard reset. But back up your device data before resetting the device.

When you bought a mobile.. Handset come with Android 9 or Android 10?
