My Galaxy M31 is just 2 months old, and I already started experiencing issues with it. The battery takes a lot of time to get charged. I need to charge it for a whole night for complete charge. Kindly solve this asap.

absolutely right,100% charge honeko kafi time lagta hai aur charge bohat jald hi down ho jata hai,battery bilkul ok hai,cache aur background data running bhi clear hai,jada rough use bhi nahin hai,phir bhi battery backup behetar nahin hai,aur fast charging ka to koi matlab hi nahin hai,please fix this issue Samsung for Galaxy M31.

yes it takes more the 5 hours to full and drain fast.
dear Team please update the firmware version or charging algorithms to provide best service.

same problem with my m 31 also. phone also gets heats up too much during charging, battery drains very fast. performance of phone is also quite low...

The slow charging and charging freeze problem is with the latest update on many samsung devices. Hope they will fix it in next update asap.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Check your charging cable (USB cable) for physical damage such as wear and tear, bent prongs etc. If it is damaged then kindly visit your nearest service center to get it replaced.

 

2. Check charging, if rating is 15W or above. Kindly try to charge the device in a non-inverter socket.

Note: Kindly open Device care from Settings > Battery > Please tap on 3 dots(more option) at the top right hand side > please select settings > enable fast cable charging.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
