Issue in Mobile Hotspot in M31

Can anyone suggest that my M31 is not listed particularly in my HP laptop in Wi-Fi Network. But in other laptop my M31 is showing. Similarly other Wi-Fi networks are showing in my same laptop except my M31.

Even one computer engineer has checked my laptop, but no Connectivity issue found.

Pls suggest me that why my M31 is not showing in my laptop.

I don't know about laptop but I also had encountered similar issue with my desktop. So I changed my wifi dongle and it's working fine now. maybe you can try to update your wifi driver or buy an external wifi dongle.

hey there!! I'm currently using Frontech USB wifi Dongle FT-0828. I would suggest you to update your windows and driver before purchasing because recently Samsung pushing some usb update on windows 10.it may fix your problem. All the best,have a great day.

same problem i am also facing in my hp laptop, with dell it is working fine. problem is with the hp laptop itself

I don't know. But in my office in other HP laptop my M31 is showing. I am perplexed.

Hi, please talk to d-link support and ask the latest driver for your D-Link DWA-131.

I was also facing this problem on my desktop however my Samsung galaxy m30s wi-fi name was not appearing but after upgrading the driver. It works great!

and mine is M30s, over a period more that 3 months this issue is there.

I don't think that M30s has 2.4GHz, as my laptop which only support 2.4Ghz does not show the mobile hotspot under available networks
