Is my phone broken ?

My phone fell from the first floor !!

No physical damage could be seen ..

.... but ....

Accidental touch protection is poping upeven its disabled !!

And the phone is not even charging !!😥😥

Any suggestion🙁🙁 ?

Most probably yes! The charging port might have been displaced due to the resulting impact, and the sensors might too be affected.

You can test light sensor by turning on adaptive brightness in a light place. If the screen brightness is low, then light sensor is broken.

Ok bro I will check this out !

My phone left at 20% 😅 and so I kept it on deep power save mode !! Tomorrow I will visit service centre !!
