My phone comes with a 15 W fast charger and with its whopping 6000 mAh battery. It takes more than 2 and a half hours to fully charge the device from dead to fully.

If I invest in a higher capacity charging brick; Am I able to top it up faster?
Or its hardware is only restricted to draw 15 W?

I would like to hear your advice on this one?

when you use any electronic device at high temperature for a long time the component of that device start losing there capacity (work effectively) and this will harm any part of device.

you can ask any field Engineering who use electronic device in field work where temporary is high.
you hear about device burned type of issues all are because of high temperature.

don't use it in summer weather....it will cause some hardware problems...
15W charger is enough for exynos 9611 chipset...

If voltage specs of charger exceeds by phone max voltage then it can damage your battery and device. So it's not advisable to use a higher output charger.Stick to official 15W.It'll be good for your battery health and phone.

Samsung just restricts their M series phones to 15 watt charging. They can provide a software update that will enable us to charge it with 25 watt charger.

I meant it is restricted by software, not by hardware. The processor is capable of that.
