Is Samsung m40 users Samsung Members??

1)Very bad face recognition technology that is unlocking my phone with others face. First remove this feature or add secure algorithms to face unlock. 

 2) why there is no Bixby in this phone being a galaxy phone there is no Bixby and other galaxy features like goodlock and other apps also.

 3) There is no Samsung pay in this phone. Then what is use of NFC feature. 

 4) Even m20 or m30 have higher capacity battery, being a next version and for extra money there is not enough battery capacity...

 I think its not likely to be Samsung galaxy phone . It is more likely to be older version phone.

 At least include all the Samsung features in next update...

i have also contacted customer service regarding this before a month ago but not solved yet.. in any updates

they have to answer this to the customer who are believe samsung smartphones.
