Internet disconnects while on call even when VoLTE is enabled

I have Airtel 4G sim (for calling only) in Slot 1 and Jio 4G sim (for internet only) in Slot 2. Whenever I get a call on Airtel, my internet disconnects for Jio Sim. BOTH ARE VoLTE ENABLED. I think that VoLTE should've avoided this problem already. Problem on Samsung galaxy M21 (2020).

Enable data switching in connection under setting. It will solve your problem.

The problem is that I don't recharge Airtel with enough data plans (max I do is 200mb), is there any other solution to this?

As per airtel no minimum recharge is required.

How is it possible when you getting call on airtel but how internet work on jio

Kindly restart your smartphone once and also re-insert your SIM card.
Check device network in an open area: Kindly check your device in a different location/network coverage area.

Check device network mode settings
Please follow the below steps.
Step1: Navigate to the app's screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Connections.
Step3: Tap on Mobile networks.
Step4: Tap on network mode SIM1 or SIM2.
Step5: Select network mode.
Note: We recommend setting device network mode as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.

Kindly do check the same SIM card in another phone or another SIM card on the same phone to verify the issue.
