If youre talking about the smooth +extreme support in m30s,A50,A50s,M21,M31,M31s,F41 then its due to exy 9611(or 9610 on A50) present in all these devices. Its basically a gimmick Samsung has done which unlocks the extreme frame rate option sort of like the gfx tool. Samsung can only do it for their inhouse exynos processors. As sd730g is not a flagship processor, nor is it a Samsung inhouse processor, Samsung didnt do the tweaks here. Hence the locked framerate on your M51. Btw pubg will run a lot smoother on 730g than on lord 9611.
