Hii i am using this samsung galaxy m31s from 28th August 2020. I have been facing restart issues. My device get automatically restartes 4 to 5 time in a day. I want to fix this issu. Please help me fix this problem.

visit the service centre as soon as possible ,they will assist u in this. dont waste time! if it's in warranty period you'll not be charged a single penny

go there again ,if necessary scold them about the problem 😂,if the product is in warranty ask them to replace your device if the problem is not solved.

goto setting, device care,three dots,autorestart ,turn off

I have visited service senter but the problem is still there. if this is happening to many people let us send this problem to samsung officials. they can fide some solutions to it.

I'm also have this problem but now after I got November month update it's fine now
