On February 22, 2021,

Samsung announced a big news for all Samsung galaxy devices, 2019 or later devices will get 4 years of Android Security Updates in Monthly and Quarterly base.

M series is mentioned too. Almost all the phones launched from 2019 to till date will get those updates. I will chk if I could find the official list for you.
