I have been using Samsung m52 5G for around one and half year , but the past the few months are really bad using the phone.
Because sometimes when I unlock my mobile ,the screen is gone black out but the touch is working and call is coming , we can use camera by google assistant etc. Everything else is working except the screen display , the screen display will be black.
Every time I face these problem I visit the authorized Samsung Service Centre and the following are what they told:
On the first time they told me that the some connection of display was loose.
And the second time they told me that, they have checked hardware and they haven't found any issue.
And the third time they told me that it maybe of software issue and they decoded software after that they told me that it's because of sub board issue.
Now it's been a week my mobile is in the service centre
