Galaxy MAfter the One UI 8 update, many users (including me) faced serious issues like boot/restart loop, green line, battery drain, and lag, yet Samsung never accepts responsibility. My phone even became unusable after their official update, and they only offered a 25% paid repair for a company-induced fault.
Samsung should fix these update-related issues instead of repeating scripted replies.
Till then, users should avoid new updates or consider switching to more reliable brands — our hard-earned money deserves better.
I have already filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (Govt of India) —
Docket No: 8116319 — and I’m waiting for a fair, free-of-cost resolution.
Sharing this so other users are aware and back up their data before updating.
