How to solve this issue?

On top as you can see there is some text on there on AOD the whole thing written as glance and at bootom getty images appear I know that restarting helps but you can't just keep restarting the phone hundreds of times.

then try wipe cache partition it will just remove junk and temporary files

just restart your device or wipe cache partition from factory mode then reboot device 🙂
