How to send logs for phone misbehavior

As my galaxy m30 misbehave some time in recent days so it is observed by member app and give a pop up of sending logs for fixing the problem but as I touch on send it show connect to mobile data as I am already connected to mobile data. 


It happens 3rd time for sending logs. I think its app problem will you please fix it so we can get a little better experience of Samsung

Hi there,

 

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Reset Network settings (Settings > General Management> Reset> Reset Network settings)

2- Go to settings > apps > Samsung member application > storage > clear cache.

3- Update the Samsung member application.

4- Re-install the Samsung member application.

5- After following above steps try to send the log file.
