How to enable Bluetooth Connection to My M31 with My PC with Windoes10 installed USB

Iam unable to connect my M31 to My Pc Of Windows 10 installed in USB Device. Please help to how to cofigure.

. Forget all WIFI devices which were connected earlier.
Again turn on WIFI> Scan> and try to connect.

2. Or click on "add network "and try to add manually.
If after all settings if won't work then

 3. Reset network settings (Scroll down notification panel >Settings>General Management>Reset >Reset network settings)

If even after above settings not resolved then do below option to check

 4. Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks>WIFI).

sir for pc you have to connect usb dongal and configure it goto pc settings Bluetooth and search for all Bluetooth devices make sure at the same time your mobile Bluetooth also enable it will show pass code than pair, for laptops it's easy to pair as Bluetooth is built-in

Thank you sir for your consideration to reply me. I tried your method several times. so far not succeed. but my mobile easily connect with Samsung J pro of daughters mobile. Is there any special way to connect to a PC?
