There are few apps related to wallpaper setting. Live wallpaper is one of them. Most of it required root or adb access to disable or uninstall. Hope it help.

It sounds like you're experiencing an issue with setting a video wallpaper on your lock screen after deleting some Samsung apps and disabling unnecessary services.

To resolve this issue, try the following steps:

Re-enable Necessary Services
1. Go to _Settings_ > _Device care_ > _Battery_ > _Background usage limits_.
2. Look for services related to lock screen or wallpaper, such as "Lockscreen" or "Wallpaper".
3. Ensure these services are enabled and set to "Allowed".

Reinstall Deleted Samsung Apps
1. Go to the _Galaxy Store_ or _Google Play Store_.
2. Search for the deleted Samsung apps, such as "Samsung Wallpaper" or "Samsung Lockscreen".
3. Reinstall these apps.

Reset Lock Screen Settings
1. Go to _Settings_ > _Lock screen_.
2. Tap on "Lock screen preferences" or "Lock screen settings".
3. Look for the "Reset" option and tap on it.

Check for Software Updates
1. Go to _Settings_ > _Software update_.
2. Check for any available updates and install them.

Additional Troubleshooting
- Ensure your device has sufficient storage space.
- Check if the video file is corrupted or incompatible.
- Try setting a different video wallpaper to see if the issue persists.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may want to consider performing a factory reset or visiting a Samsung service center for further assistance.
