Since Android 9, Google has moved the position of the clock to the left of the notification shade. I always hated this. On Stock Android, "System UI Tuner" can to used to change this back to the right side. Samsung has "Goodlock" to help with this.

However, since my M30s doesn't support Goodlock and System UI Tuner can't be accessed on One UI, please provide me any other alternatives.

you can install system tuner from above link - playstore.

see description for installing system tuner

Search Google for changing the clock position using adb commands in system tuner

Use this link to install ADB on your system

https://beebom.com/how-to-install-adb-windows-mac/

above one helps best to install ADB as far as I know

After installing system tuner you can use those options to move lock.

installing tuner Will require ADB in system
(also grant permissions)

but

after installing you can change the clock position and you get more goodies with system tuner as you may be aware of it since you used it

*app it self will provide you to install adb commands
and grant permissions ... tap 'need help'

Bro, I can mess with ADB Commands. But, I'm not well versed with it. If any of you can guide me on that it'll be awesome.
