How Can I get a old update for M30s Android 9

Hello..M30s users... For me stuck on restarting  problem after the android 10 update please tell me what about urs status. .. I had this problem about 3weeks till now..not yet solve after take care by service centre.. There is chance to recovery my mobile after any other new updates??????

Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Turn off auto start.
