Why this 'other' storage is so high ? How can i fix this ?

Samsung M21 (Android 12) after I opened Voice Recorder, the size of "other storage" reduced to 19.39 GB and storage overall usage reduced to 50 %.
Don't know what happened....

Clear app data of voice recorder app

Restart device manually

Please clear local cache if you are using Telegram, that was consuming almost 8GB of space for me.
