Dear Members

I bought a Samsung M20 6 months back during a flash sale and I am experiencing lot of problems with device, like phone hangs for 2 to 3 minutes, no response from touch screen, calls getting disconnected and many more..

I have written to Samsung and have sent error logs too, but still Samsung is unable to provide any solution. 

Just in case if any users experience the same, please post your views..

factory reset once..if it dont wrk, contact customr care

bro you have some serious hardware problem, reach your nearest service centre. If no help from there then purchase a new one.
