Device is M30s.

I got an security update in Nov 2020 but I skipped that. Nd don't want to install it.

Bt now I got Android 11 update. I want to install it via latest firmware through odin. 

Is there any risk flashing latest firmware (Android 11 oneUI 3) although I skipped previous security patch update.

If you are completely aware of it, go ahead and download it(no risk)
or
you can try via smart switch..

These processes are only recommended for when you are completely aware of entire process

note: please take backup of your device data
