<top> When i use internet service my device heated up.

Please fix the bug..

 

Heating temperature rise to 50 degree

no its not about room temperature.... phone started to over heat after the last update , at first it was good...and many people facing the same problem.

Problems faced after update, 

 1. Battery draining fast. 

 2. Navigation is not working.

 3. GPS signal lost even in open space.

 4. Location not accurate most of the time. 5. Charging time increased. 

 6. Phone heat up near to ear piece area after some time of usage. 

7. Screen freezes at any time.

8 . Some time buttons does not work.

9 . Applications hangs in between.

10. Bluetooth-automatically ON some time. Wi Fi is working in other phones but not in M30S, restart is rhe option.

11. Phone hangs in between when using multiple applications, Power button is need to be press for a moment to get back in normal.

12. Some time phone becomes slow and only option is switch OFF or ON the phone. 


13. This a routine exercise to switch OFF or ON the phone.


14. Flash is not working when using camera in 48 mega pixel mode.



Feedback complaint by email, errors report forwarded many times, but every time Samsung provide pre written tips and tricks.


 Tips and tricks provided by Samsung to overcome these problems are waste of time. It seems Samsung never works on Software so no hope for remedies in future.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Turn off Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, mobile hotspot, NFC etc to do that please swipe down on the home screen to open notification panel> Tap on Bluetooth, Location/GPS, Wi-Fi, Mobile hotspot, NFC etc, to turn off as It increases battery usage time.

 

2. Reduce display brightness level by swiping down on the home screen to open notification panel > Turn on Auto brightness option if available, it increases battery usage time.

 

3. Close background running apps, if there are any unnecessary apps running in the background as too many applications running in background may cause the battery drainage.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).

firstly we have already done these things, when we bought phone. Why have given "6000 MAH" battery and you are calling it MONSTER BATTERY.

Problems se bachane k liye Baccho jese baate mat karo....
Pahli baat to ye saare kaam hum pahle se jaante h... ab ye cheeje bachho ki si lagti h... so ye cheeje hum jese customer ko samjhane ki jaroorat nahi...agr aap iss par koi thos karyawahi kr sakte ho to karo warna chuchap hath pe hath rakh kr baith jao... aur vivo jaisi companies se kuch seekho kese customer ko mobile me acchhe specification dekar unhe satisfied kiya jata h...
Ab lagta h mene galti ki jo mene Samsung ka mobile liya...jbki mostly saare dosto ne vivo hi recommend kiya tha.... (Bina Matlab k hi log andhe hue jaa rahe h Samsung k piche...kyoki ugr unhe ek baar vivo, realme jese phone de de istemaal krne k liye to Samsung ke phones ko to Dustbin me daal denge)
Customer ki situations aur problems ko seriously lo aur unhe door karo...apni after sell service ko sudharo.
