Longer use of flashlight and camera can cause heating in device.

For other heating issue you can try below steps or Go to a service center

Try wiping cache partion for you device

Follow these steps to get resolved,

1- Switch of your device

2- Connect you phone via cable to pc/laptop

3- Turn in device holding power button and volume down button, when the Samsung logo appears let go of the buttons

4- A page will open

5- Navigate using volume buttons and select wipe cache partion , use power button to select after done , select reboot now

5- Check if issue is solved!
