Heating issue in M30s in head...

Excess heat is noticed in M30s mobile purchased yesterday.   Is it so with members using the same. 

Any tips to reduce  heat

try to exchange it soon if possible.. else go to service center and get it updated

exchanged the device. thank you. feeling better. they accepted there is a problem with device. but don't know what problem is.
