Heating at earpiece location in Galaxy M31

Does any of you face the heating issues in Galaxy m31, after using the phone for few mins at earpiece location ?

it is the heat from the processor also present in my M30s.

i am facing heating issue in the upper part of display with little use....it overheats when i opens its camera or make video calls on whtsapp...it heats a lot...idk what to do??

1)Close background running apps.
2)Uninstall the unnecessary apps.
