regret to inform you samsung M32, purchased before 3 days, is giving trouble to me.
all the suggestions in community and by samsung customer support were tried but not successful. the problem is with m31 samsung. its hotspot is not recognised by my HP laptop.
try to solve this issue urgently by upgrading your software. Even after so many complaints the company has not taken any action is regretted. it affects its reputation.

- To configure the hotspot follow the steps:- Settings>Connections>Mobile hotspot and tethering>Mobile hotspot>More option (three dots)>Configure mobile hotspot>Configure mobile hotspot and tap on save.
After performing above steps If the issue still persist kindly send us the screenshot, videos and error log file with in 15 minutes of issue occurrence through error report section from Samsung Member Application:- Samsung member application > Click on get help > Send feedback > Error report, so that we can help you out to solve the issue.
