HDR videos in M51

Today I saw a HDR video in M51 

Suddenly brightness increased and decreased.

Automatically twice within 10 seconds time interval.

Is this a problem of device or software issue pls tell

Use mpv for android for hdr videos its based on GPU

it's not a problem of phone.. it's some HDR video function which control your phones brightness to give you a better video experience

I don't think it's an issue.
If I am correct ,the device will increase the brightness in order to make certain scenes more luminous.
In other devices, while playing hdr the brightness is always maximum, while Samsung devices increase brightness only when the scene you are playing needs optimization.

This only happens with youtube video, offline HDR or HDR video from other applications does not have such problems.
