Guide: Enable Vi VoLTE for M51

According to Vi's official website, Vi VoLTE is not compatible for Galaxy M51. But after digging the forums I've found a solution which worked for me.

Try the following steps:

1. Email Vi's customer support mentioning your phone number and device model.

2. You should receive a call from customer support or an email reply. They will tell you that although your device model may not be supported, they will try to enable it from their end.

3. Wait for a while and VOILA! The VoLTE icon should now be visible for your Vi SIM.
