Green Line Issue on Samsung Galaxy M52 After Update

Hello Samsung Community,

I’m H.M. Yousuf from Bangladesh. After a recent software update on my Galaxy M52 5G, I noticed a persistent green line appearing on the display. I’ve tried troubleshooting steps like a factory reset, but the problem persists. There is no physical damage or water exposure to the phone, and it has been handled with care.

Unfortunately, my device is out of warranty, but I believe this issue is due to a software or hardware defect triggered by the update. Many users have reported similar problems with the M52 model. I kindly request guidance on whether Samsung is offering any free screen replacements or repair services for affected users.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace /repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution.
