My phone is M31s. Bought it on 1st day sale in Amazon in August. From very beginning, Google photos is not backing up photos and videos. It says "getting ready to back up" but keeps on rotating without ever starting. Things I already did:

1) Checked wifi speed at home. It is 65mbps.
2) Given unlimited Airtel Postpaid Corporate Connection 4G access.
3) Set backup at "high quality" Google gives unlimited storage in this setting.
4) Signed out and signed in of my gmail id
5) Uninstalling and reinstalling Google Photos
6) Doing a forced stop and restarting
7) Clearing data from app and doing things afresh
😎 Talking to Samsung India. They took remote access of phone but still failed.
9) Reading all kinds of FAQs but finding no solution.

Has anyone faced similar problem? Any solution?! Is it a bug in the UI or OS?

Regards.
Shibaji.
