Give a bug fixing update in Samsung M21

Samsung m31 got an update in August month. But Samsung m21 don't got any update 😕. Give update and solve battery drain problem also heating issue.

M21 and M31 device gets parallel updates, so compared with all update after m31 update

M21 updates comes in 2/3 days
