I am using samsung m30s past 20 months. Now 3 days facing a serious problem. Phone getting hang when I am using and automatically restarting. Repeating the process in every 20 minutes. What is the problem?

It might be a phone overheating issue, please check your surroundings are not in extreme of temperatures(too hot or too cold) especially when you charge it.


It might be a battery problem in the phone and replacing it migjt solve your problem.

Uninstall updates of android system webview and clear data of it. Then, update it from play store.
