Gallery people suggestions not working.

I used to get people suggestions from gallery. But recently it's not happening after I had formatted my mobile. Galaxy M31. Can anyone advice.

I too tried resetting. Still the issues continuing. But after 2 months, now i can see few suggestions are showing up. Dont know whats the real problem is.

Charge your phone after 100%. It means this function work phone charge full (charging). Better charging your phone while sleeping at least one week. Then your function work perfectly
