I can't sync my Gallery to samsung cloud Storage in my Samsung GalaxyM31 device!!  Solve!!!?? 🙏🙏🙏

1. Check app cache:-
Clear cache memory of a particular application : Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.

I am also facing the same problem. I could not upload my  picture with Samsung cloud and One Drive.

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.

Step 2. Tap on Download and install.

Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
