Gallery Settings and Recycle Bin missing

I recently bought a Galaxy M21 smartphone, I have updated it a few days ago. 

The problems is that I need to clear some memory for new photos and videos. Whenever I delete some files from the gallery they are moved to Recycle Bin (I cannot disbale this)

Now I want clear the recycle bin as my files are still occupying the space. The problem is that the Recycle Bin and Gallery setting option is not available in the gallery.

THIS IS URGENT AND IMPORTANT, requesting your attention

Go to gallary app clear data and than try bro

I have done it once. 

This deletes all my files, I can't afford to delete all my files every time I want to clear up the space

bro when you deleted files everytime goes to the recycle bin but after 30 days all file automatically deleted otherwise you go to recycle bin empty files

I can't wait for 30 days, to click few more photos. I don't see that as a solution

Bro, recycle bin is not available or you are not able to find it?

open gallery>click 3 dots at right corner>here you can find recycle bin and settings

and if you knw it..

then perform normal phone reset settings once(it won't delete your data)

settings>general management>select reset>click on reset settings

Tried both but was in vain, Did the reset too

go to gallary setting disble recycle bin you deleted photo not show recycle bin

Note that I have recently updated my phone and the options that I see are different then what you show
