Hi,
I have samsung m40.
I have facing some battery problem within last couple of days.
My battery is getting discharge quickly as compare to earlier days.
It's been 10 months happened to buy this phone.
Is there any solution for this?
Can my battery replaced with new one?

it depends on ur use , if ur a heavy user then 8hours is good but if u are a lite user u must get 15-16 hours , for me m40 is my secondary device i use it for call or for a little internet it give me about 18 hours of battery backup, and i always on my phone's data,

It didn't helped anything.
I tried the approach given in link.
Nothing seems to be working.
Due to lockdown I was unable to go to service center.
Yesterday,
My 1 year warranty got expired.
Battery is not giving backup while using any app.
Phone is not meant for just put on hold.
We will use phone and it's smart phone it will definitely get used more. If I only do the whatsapp call then the whole battery got down quickly.
I want my batter change.
I can't take it like this.

Yes battery drain is huge even when phone is idle. With two sims in m40 phone, I charge my phone to 100% at night and mobile data and wifi turned off, battery drain is around 60% and only 40% battery left in just 8 hours when phone is idle. I have to constantly charge my phone because when I go out and not use my phone then also its battery drain completely and cannot stay charged even for 12 hours even when I am not using my phone at all. And Samsung is doing nothing about it. My phone is just 1.5 years old. I think buying Samsung phone was a mistake.
