Tap & Hold on the "Google Maps" app then go to App info>Storage> then perform "Clear cache" and "Clear data" and then try again.
Even if it doesn't work then perform "Wipe cache partition" from recovery mode then try again. Even not, perform a factory reset on your device. Even not, take your device for servicing to Samsung authorised service centre.

Please reset all data of Google Maps. Then restart your device.

Check your auto restart if you have selected any day and time if it is there remove it and switch off .
