Agree, it's a hardware defect, also it's hard to judge it's a software issue by seeing the automatic restart pattern.

if mother board issue is there then only I faced issue but many facing same issue .even my friend changed mother board but still facing same issue.

You'll definitely facing the same issue if you update the Android version, because the motherboard replacement is also defective.
